It’s a very simple process. You simply need to call or send us and an e-mail well get back to you with all you’ll need. When you contact us, be sure to provide your name and contact number. If your company is the interested party please that name also.

Call 587-7770 ext 112 for more information.

It’s simply a matter of us providing you with some additional project information. If you are still interested after seeing the additional information, then we will need a Nonbinding Letter of Interest to actually register your interest in the project.

Q: Will it cost me any money to register my interest?

No it will not. No money will change hands until a legally binding Purchase Sale Agreement is mutually agreed to.

Q: What's the purpose of the Non-Binding Letter of Interest?

It is simply meant to identify the lot/unit you are interested in and the purchase price you propose to offer, subject to our negotiating a Purchase Sale Agreement. It is neither a commitment for you to buy, or for us to sell, any property.

Q: What happens then?

In the order Letters of Interest are received from all interested parties, we will contact everyone on a “first come, first served” basis to make an effort to conclude a mutually agreeable Sale Purchase Agreement as soon as final subdivision is granted.

Q: What if I'm not the first one to register my interest in a specific property?

You will have a choice. If you wish to enter into a back-up Purchase Sale Agreement you will have that opportunity. If you do not send us a withdrawal letter, then your withdrawal will be deemed automatic within 48 hours of the first of either a) your first indicating verbally to us that you desire to withdraw, b) if we are unable to reach you to arrange for our entering into a mutually agreed Purchase Sale Agreement.

Q: What purpose does a back-up Purchase Sale Agreement serve?
